Return / Refund Policy

We guarantee all products to be free of defects in workmanship for 30 days. We will exchange all defective products and will issue credit only if the replacement product is not available. All returns must be in New Like condition and in their original packing. Customers must notify Year Around Camping by emailing charliejstorm@verizon.net for return authorization approval. We do not charge a Restocking fee however we reserve the right to do so at any time. Replacement products or credits will only be issued and shipped upon receiving the defective merchandise. On defective merchandise customer must pay shipping to us and we will pay shipping to return the product to them. All returns that are not defective customer will pay shipping both ways.
